The Cradle: Trick-or-Treat is coming soon.

It’s a small horror mini-game made just for Halloween. It’s free, you play it in your browser, and it runs on phones too.
A children’s Halloween party at the Swallow sanatorium. The table is set, but there aren’t enough sweets. Twenty doors line the corridor, and you go door to door.
Knock, and a child gives you a sweet… or Nanny opens.
Her doors drop you into a dark labyrinth with her right behind you. Find the orange light, and her striped sweet is yours. If she catches you, she takes everything you’ve collected.
The doors aren’t random. The ones that hide children have something in common: a lantern, bats, a garland, sweets on the step. The rule changes every game. Read the decorations, listen to the rumours on the sweet wrappers, and remember where she was.
What’s in it:
- Five levels from easy to hardcore: fewer children, a faster Nanny, and lights that start to fail
- Endless mode once you win
- A daily rule that’s the same for everyone, so you can compare results
- Personal bests and 16 achievements
Made from what we already had. This is a side project, not a new episode. Almost everything in it comes from The Cradle: Episode 01: the sanatorium’s rooms, the props, the children, Nanny herself, every sound and the music. Even the pumpkins, paper bats and garlands are Episode 01’s own Halloween decorations. What’s new is the place they’re arranged into (the corridor, twenty rooms and a labyrinth) and the game played in it. A small Halloween treat, made quickly from parts we already loved.
You don’t need to have played Episode 01. If you have, you’ll recognise a few faces behind those doors.
👀 Follow the page to hear the moment it’s out. It’s coming before Halloween.
